| Q: |
What is Boo.Net WebMail? |
| A: |
Boo.Net WebMail is an Internet based email program that allows you to
conveniently view, send and receive email when you are away from home or at a
location other than your personal computer. Boo.Net’s new WebMail system
includes many new features that allow you to easily manage your email. WebMail
is not designed to be used as your primary source of getting email as the limit
for email storage is 10 megs, but you may use it as such if you choose to do so.
With WebMail you also have an attachment size limit of 2 megs.

| Q: |
How do I access the New WebMail system? |
| A: |
You can access the new WebMail system by going to http://www.boo.net and
clicking on the “Check Webmail “ button. Boo.Net Webmail may be accessed from
any Internet connected computer in the world. |
| Q: |
Do I need to pay additional money to access WebMail? |
| A: |
No, WebMail is included with your Boo.Net Internet access subscription! |
| Q: |
If I use Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora or a mail client, do I need to
change any of my settings or the way I view my email? |
| A: |
No, if you are set up to view your email using any of the above mentioned
email clients, you do not need to make any changes to the way you view your
mail! WebMail can still be used to view your new email but cannot retrieve any
email saved on your personal computer after your email is retrieved on your
mail. |
| Q: |
How do I transfer my address book in Outlook/Outlook Express/Eudora, etc. to
my WebMail when I travel? |
| A: |
You only need to do this if you are traveling or away from your computer and
need to access your address book. In order to transfer any information out of
Outlook/Outlook Express/Eudora, etc. into WebMail, you need to first export the
info from your email program to a comma delimited document and save it on your
personal computer. You will then import this file into WebMail using the
Import/Export feature under “address book.” Please call technical support at
877-874-4266 if you need help or have any questions about this feature. |
| Q: |
Can I automatically transfer my address book from the old WebMail to the new
WebMail? |
| A: |
The old WebMail system is not compatible with the new WebMail. If you have
been using WebMail as your main email gateway, you have to manually switch all
your email addresses from one address book to the other by re-typing all the
information. Although this process may be time consuming, DMV’s new WebMail
system is a much more secure, efficient way of retrieving email. |
| Q: |
How can I transfer the saved messages from my old WebMail system to the new WebMail? |
| A: |
There is no way to automatically switch saved emails from the old WebMail to the new WebMail. The easiest way to perform this task is to forward the saved emails to yourself and then open them in the new WebMail. |
