Can WebMail help me get my Email when I am away from my computer?

Yes, that is a perfect use of WebMail. Just go to the URL webmail.boo.net and you can get read your mail from any browser on any network. All you need to know is your USERID and PASSWORD. Your USERID should NOT have the "@boo.net" appended to the end of your USERID name.

Note: Do not open the email by clicking on the "envelop." Click on the Subject line, instead. Using the envelop may cause you to lose the email after viewing.

Remember, WebMail is not a good solution for continuous email access. If you use WebMail and leave your old mail on the BooNet Mail Server without saving it or deleting it, note that BooNet reserves the right to and will remove email that has been on our servers for more than a month. In addition, if you get larger files, this timeframe may shorten. Therefore, make sure you copy all important emails onto your harddrive either with an email client such as Eudora or Outlook Express OR cut and pasteas soon as possible!

WebMail is a browser-based tool that connects to the BooNet mail servers. Because of issues associated with all web-based products, we recommend that you do not assume perfect functionality. In particular, WebMail servers may malfunction when there are large numbers of email files left on the server. To manage for best service, please remove all read and unwanted email.

If you have any further questions, please contact BooNet by email at "info@boo.net" or by telephone during our normal business hours!
