What to do if your Outlook Express times out during eMail processing.
Some people are experiencing problems with their eMail processing with Outlook Express. The software "times out" while trying to connect to the BooNet email servers. This process may be taking longer than it should because of networking problems.
To get around this problem, we recommend that you go to TOOLS, ACCOUNTS, select or highlight the BooNet mail service, and then push the PROPERTIES BUTTON on the right. In the Properties window, select the ADVANCED tab at the top of the window. From here, push the server time allowance slider bar to the right to allow for more time to connect with the eMail server. Finally, don't forget to push the APPLY BUTTON .
The process may still take a while, but your timeouts should cease.
