TECH SUPPORT - VIRUSES
|
There are a number of newer email worms circulating that claim to be from your ISP. Most of these messages are from bogus addresses, but more importantly, they contain attachments.
We do not send attachments out with email notifying users of virus infection. [In the odd chance that we do, there would be phone message sent as well to let you know to expect the attachment]
If you have received an email like this. Please do not open the attachment. If you have opened the attachment, please make certain that your Anti-Virus Application is up to date and do a full system scan.
For more information please check the website of your anti virus provider.
Thank you
